Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services, sales strategies, and client acquisition techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain and update CRM software with sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine business strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
