Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, manage partnerships, and drive revenue for the agency. This role involves strategy development, networking, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business growth strategy to acquire new clients and expand agency services.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with high-value clients and business partners.
  • Prepare sales proposals, marketing plans, and negotiation strategies.
  • Analyze business trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine service offerings.

Requirements:
