Client Relationship Manager at World DMC (WDMC)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager to maintain long-term client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Understand client goals and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
- Conduct regular client meetings, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
- Work closely with Intern at World DMC (WDMC)al teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and campaigns.
