Job Summary:
We are looking for a Proposal & Tender Manager to handle proposal writing and bid submissions for digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and apply for government and private tenders.
• Draft compelling proposals and RFP responses.
• Manage the entire bidding process from submission to contract negotiation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in proposal writing or business development.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze RFP requirements and structure proposals accordingly.
