Sales & Lead Generation Specialist at World DMC (WDMC)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies using cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Maintain sales pipeline data in CRM tools.
- Work with the marketing team to improve inbound lead conversion.
- Analyze and optimize sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of sales funnels, email outreach, and prospecting tools.
