Refund Policy – World DMC
At World DMC, our goal is to deliver high-quality website development services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below.
Refund Eligibility
We aim to provide services that meet client expectations and will make every reasonable effort to do so.
Refunds are considered only for specific services or circumstances as determined by World DMC.
Services that have already been delivered, including consultations, design drafts, or completed project phases, may not qualify for a full refund.
Fees related to domain name registration, domain transfers, and similar services are non-refundable. Once a domain is purchased, it remains the client’s property until its term expires.
No refunds are available for dedicated servers, VPS, cloud services, administrative fees, installation of custom software (e.g., plugins or themes), or any subscription-based purchases.
Requesting a Refund
Requests must be submitted in writing via email to ac****@****dmc.com within 7 working days from the service start date or project delivery.
The request should clearly state the reason for the refund and include any supporting documents or evidence.
Review Process
Once a refund request is received, our team will assess the request based on the service agreement and project details.
Additional information may be requested to help evaluate the situation.
Refund Outcomes
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 15 working days.
Partial refunds may be granted depending on the stage of the service or the nature of the work completed.
World DMC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the terms outlined in this policy.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for domain-related purchases, third-party tools or software, or costs paid by World DMC on the client’s behalf.
Customized solutions or services specifically tailored to the client’s unique needs may have limited or no refund eligibility.
